3. Consequences of processing

When we process personal information about you for marketing purposes, we will analyze and make profiling based on your interests and behaviors, to make our marketing and other communications as relevant as possible to you.

4. Transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU / EEA

We may transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU / EEA including the United States, India, Vietnam and Russia.

Transfers to third countries will only be for specific purposes, as mentioned in Section 2, and we will always ensure that there are the necessary guarantees in place for a transfer to a country outside the EU / EEA, as follows:

a) The country / countries or company / companies have been assessed by the Commission as countries that generally either through legislation or through other measures ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data, for example, to US companies we cooperate with, which are certified under EU- US Privacy Shield (https://www.privacyshield.gov/list).


b) The country / countries or company / companies are not rated by the Commission as countries that ensure an adequate level of protection of personal data. We will therefore ensure that there are necessary guarantees through the Commission’s standard contracts, as published by the Commission or by other contracts approved by competent authorities.

You have the following rights:

  • If processing your personal information is based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing your consent will not affect the legality of the processing done before the withdrawal.
  • You have an unconditional right to oppose the processing of your personal information being used for direct marketing, including targeted marketing.

Please note that a given consent to receive direct marketing via push notifications on our websites can only be canceled directly in your personal browser settings.
